Fumer Labs - Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Fumer Labs, we stand behind the quality of our fragrances and aim to provide a fair and transparent customer experience. This policy explains the conditions applicable to returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. 15-Day Return Policy - Individual 100ml Perfumes Only

Our 15-day Return, Refund & Exchange Policy applies only to individual 100ml perfumes purchased through FUMERLABS.COM.

A return, refund, or exchange request must be initiated within 15 days of the parcel's delivery date.

Travel Sizes, Discovery Packs, Explorer Kits, bundles, sale items, and promotional products are subject to their respective terms stated below.

2. 100ml Perfumes - Refund & Usage Conditions

A. Unused & Sealed Perfumes

An individual 100ml perfume returned completely unused with its seal, cellophane, box, tester, and original packaging intact is eligible for a refund of the actual amount paid for the product, subject to physical inspection and approval by Fumer Labs.

Original delivery charges, return shipping charges, COD/payment-related charges, and other associated logistical costs are non-refundable. The actual shipping cost incurred by Fumer Labs for delivering the original order will be deducted from the final refund amount, regardless of the delivery amount charged or displayed to the customer.

The customer is responsible for safely returning the product to Fumer Labs.

B. Opened or Used Perfumes

An opened or tested 100ml perfume may still qualify for return within the 15-day period, provided that no more than 10ml (10% of the bottle) has been used.

· Up to 1ml used: No perfume-usage deduction.

· More than 1ml and up to 10ml used: The first 1ml is exempt. A deduction of Rs. 50 per ml applies only to the quantity used above the first 1ml.

· More than 10ml used: The perfume is not eligible for return or refund.

Example: If 5ml has been used, the first 1ml is exempt and the remaining 4ml will be charged at Rs. 50/ml, resulting in a Rs. 200 usage deduction.

The quantity used will be determined during physical inspection by the Fumer Labs team.

C. Opened Seal & Packaging Deductions

If the perfume has been opened and the respective packaging components have been opened, used, damaged, missing, or cannot be reused, the following deductions will apply where applicable:

· Cellophane: Rs. 30

· Perfume Box: Rs. 30

· Tester: Rs. 1000

These charges are separate from the perfume-usage deduction and may be applied together where applicable.

3. Physical Inspection & Approval

All returns are subject to physical inspection and approval by the Fumer Labs team.

Upon receiving a returned product, we may inspect:

· Remaining perfume quantity

· Bottle and atomizer condition

· Seal and cellophane

· Original box and packaging

· Included tester

· Any signs of leakage, damage, alteration, or tampering

Applicable deductions will be calculated after inspection.

Products with more than 10% usage, deliberate damage, alteration, or tampering may be rejected.

Final return, refund, exchange eligibility, and applicable deductions will be determined after the returned product has been physically received and inspected by Fumer Labs.

4. Return Shipping & Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for safely returning the product to Fumer Labs and bearing the applicable return courier charges for standard returns and exchanges.

The product must be securely packed to prevent leakage, breakage, or damage during return transit.

Fumer Labs will not be responsible for damage to a returned product caused by inadequate packaging or mishandling during customer-arranged return transit.

If the customer originally received a damaged, leaking, faulty, or incorrect product, the separate terms under Section 8 will apply.

5. Refund Calculation & Processing

For an approved return, the refund will be calculated from the actual amount originally paid for the eligible returned product, after applicable deductions.

The following are non-refundable or deductible where applicable:

· Actual shipping cost incurred by Fumer Labs for the original shipment

· Return courier/shipping charges

· COD or payment-related charges

· Other associated delivery/logistical costs

· Applicable perfume-usage deductions

· Applicable packaging/component deductions

If a product was purchased at a discounted price, the refund will be based on the actual discounted amount paid, not its regular retail price.

Only the purchase value of the eligible returned product is refundable. Delivery charges and other associated costs are non-refundable, and the actual shipping cost incurred by Fumer Labs for the original shipment will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Approved refunds will normally be processed within 5 working days after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved by Fumer Labs.

Refunds will be made through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method where required.

6. 10ml Travel Sizes & Discovery Packs

10ml Travel Sizes and Discovery Packs are final-sale products and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

These products are specifically offered to allow customers to experience fragrances before purchasing a full-size bottle.

Customers who are uncertain about a fragrance are encouraged to purchase a Travel Size, Discovery Pack, or Explorer Kit before purchasing a 100ml bottle.

7. Explorer Kit - 5 x 2ml Testers

The Fumer Labs Explorer Kit contains 5 x 2ml fragrance testers and is priced at Rs. 1,000 plus applicable delivery charges.

The Explorer Kit has its own trial policy and is not governed by the standard 15-day return policy.

Return Option

The Explorer Kit may be returned within 2 days of the parcel's delivery date, provided that less than 50% of the tester contents have been used.

Full Adjustment Option

Alternatively, the full Rs. 1,000 product value may be adjusted against the customer's next eligible 100ml perfume order, subject to the Explorer Kit terms.

For an adjustment, the new parcel will be booked as a replacement shipment, with Rs. 1,000 deducted from the COD amount of the new eligible order.

Return or adjustment requests must be initiated through WhatsApp or email with the relevant order number and customer details.

The Explorer Kit is limited to one purchase per customer.

Delivery charges associated with the Explorer Kit are not part of its Rs. 1,000 adjustable product value.

8. Damaged, Leaking, Faulty or Incorrect Products

If a customer receives a product that is damaged, leaking, faulty, or incorrect, please contact Fumer Labs as soon as possible.

Customers should provide:

· Order number

· Details of the issue

· Clear photographs and/or videos showing the problem

Once the claim has been verified, Fumer Labs will provide an appropriate resolution, including a replacement where applicable at no additional cost to the customer.

Verified cases under this section are not treated as standard customer-initiated returns, and the customer will not be responsible for return shipping costs where Fumer Labs requires the affected product to be returned.

All claims remain subject to verification by the Fumer Labs team.

9. Bundles, Sale Items & Promotional Offers

Unless specifically stated otherwise on the respective product page:

· Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable

· Products purchased under special promotions may be subject to separate return, refund, or exchange conditions

The Explorer Kit is excluded from the bundle restriction and is governed exclusively by the terms stated in Section 7.

The standard 15-day Return, Refund & Exchange Policy applies only to eligible individual 100ml perfume purchases.

10. Open Parcel Before Payment

Fumer Labs does not offer an "open parcel before payment" service.

This facility is not part of our arrangement with our shipping partners and helps us maintain product integrity and tamper-free shipments throughout the delivery process.

Customers remain protected after accepting their parcel by the applicable return, refund, exchange, and damaged-product provisions stated in this policy.

11. General Terms

· A return request for an eligible individual 100ml perfume must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.

· More than 10% usage makes a 100ml perfume ineligible for return or refund.

· All returned products are subject to physical inspection and approval by Fumer Labs.

· Fumer Labs may reject a return that does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.

· Only the actual amount paid for the eligible returned product will be considered for refund. The actual shipping cost incurred by Fumer Labs for delivering the original order will be deducted from the final refund amount, regardless of the delivery charges originally paid or displayed to the customer.

· Applicable usage and packaging deductions will be subtracted from the refundable product value.

· Delivery, return shipping, and other associated costs are non-refundable, except where otherwise expressly stated for a verified Fumer Labs error or defective product.

· Fumer Labs reserves the right to update or amend this policy when required.

· The policy applicable at the time the customer's order was placed will govern that order.
