RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At FUMER, our fragrances are crafted with care, precision, and a deep appreciation for individuality. Your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. While we hope you fall in love at first scent, we understand that sometimes expectations may vary — and we’re here to ensure your experience remains exceptional.

Returns

Due to the delicate and personal nature of fine fragrance, we are only able to accept returns under specific conditions:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The perfume must not be used more than 5%
  • The perfume must be with the Original Box.

All returns are subject to quality inspection before approval. This complete process sometimes may take up to 14 working days to resolve. We appreciate your understanding and attention to these details.

Exchanges

Should something not arrive as expected — such as a rare shipping mishap or receiving an incorrect item — we are here to make it right.

Please notify us within 3 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- A photo of the product and packaging
- A brief explanation of the issue

Once reviewed, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.
