AtΒ Fumer Labs, we are committed to delivering high-quality fragrances along with a customer experience that reflects our brand standards. Our return and exchange policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and supportive of your needs.
1. Eligibility & Time Frame
Customers can request a return or exchange withinΒ 7 daysΒ of receiving their order.
To qualify:
- The product must beΒ unusedΒ and inΒ original condition
- All seals, packaging, and protective elements must remainΒ intact and undamaged

2. Product-Specific Return & Exchange Guidelines

- Eligible forΒ return or exchange, subject to inspection
- If unused and undamaged, we offer aΒ full refund or replacement
- In case of signs of use or damage, aΒ partial deductionΒ may apply
πΉΒ 10ml Testers & Discovery Packs
- These areΒ final sale itemsΒ andΒ not eligibleΒ for return or exchange
- Intended for trial purposes before investing in a full-size bottle
πΉΒ Explorer Kit (5 x 2ml testers)
OurΒ Explorer KitΒ is designed to offer a convenient and affordable fragrance trial experience β and we back it with a customer-first policy.
- You mayΒ returnΒ the Explorer Kit withinΒ 2 daysΒ of receiving the parcel, as long asΒ less than 50%Β of the contents are used
- Alternatively, customers canΒ adjust the full value (800)Β toward theirΒ next order, making the trial experience effectivelyΒ free
- To request a return or adjustment, contact us onΒ WhatsApp or emailΒ with yourΒ order number
- In case ofΒ adjustment, your new parcel will be booked as aΒ replacement shipmentΒ with the 800Β amount deducted from the new COD total
- This product isΒ limited to one purchase per customer
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your parcel arrivesΒ damaged, leaked, or incorrect:
- Please contact us immediately withΒ photos or videos
- Once verified, we will arrange aΒ free replacementΒ or resolve the issue at no extra cost to you
4. Return Shipping & Processing
- For standard returns,Β shipping cost is borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect
- All refunds or exchanges are processed withinΒ 5 working daysΒ after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Refunds are issued to theΒ original payment methodΒ or any mutually agreed alternative
5. Additional Notes
- We doΒ not offer βopen parcel before paymentβΒ due to courier policy restrictions. This helps us maintain product integrity and prevent tampering.
- Sale items and promotional bundlesΒ areΒ non-returnable
- Our team reserves the right to make theΒ final decisionΒ on return/refund eligibility after inspection
