Welcome to the Fumer Labs website (“Site”) operated by Fumer Labs (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, purchase of products, and your relationship with us. By accessing or using the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By browsing, accessing or placing an order on the Site you accept and agree to these Terms and all other policies referenced herein (including our Privacy Policy).

4. Products, Orders & Pricing

4.1 We aim to display accurate product and pricing information, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, colours, images or availability are error-free.
4.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason — for example, if product is out of stock, pricing error, suspected fraud or violation of these Terms.
4.3 Prices on the Site are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise indicated, and exclude shipping, duties or taxes unless expressly stated.
4.4 You will pay the price for the product plus shipping and any applicable taxes or duties. Payment must be completed using the approved methods.
4.5 Title and risk in the product pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Shipping & Returns

5.1 Our shipping policy (including zones, timelines, rates) is described on the Site. We endeavour to meet timelines but cannot guarantee them.
5.2 Return/refund policy: Unless otherwise agreed, we accept returns only in accordance with our Returns & Refunds policy.
5.3 Products that are opened, used or not in original condition may be subject to refusal of return or additional fees.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All content on the Site (including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, software) is our property or used with permission and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.
6.2 You are granted a limited licence to view, download and print pages from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use (including reproduction, modification, distribution) is prohibited without our express written consent.

7. User Content

7.1 If you submit any reviews, photographs, comments, or other content (“User Content”) on the Site, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish and distribute that User Content in any media.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

11.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan (or specify the province if needed).
